We remind you that an extended meeting of the Board of Directors of CBU will be held on October 1, 2024.

As part of the expanded meeting of the Board of Directors of CBU, a Business Day will be held, during which we will discuss the current challenges of the industry and effective coordination of efforts for the future reconstruction of Ukraine.

💡10:00 - Block 1

🔹The state of professional training of personnel for the construction industry. National study

Cooperation between business and vocational education institutions for the training of future personnel is extremely important. During the event, we will consider the features of such cooperation, the level of practical training of graduates and the ability of employers to cooperate with students.

👤Organizers: Confederation of Builders of Ukraine together with the the project "Public-Private Partnership to improved Vocational Education in Ukraine" (EdUP). 

👤Speakers: representatives of the EdUP project, the NGO "Ukrainian Marketing Association" and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine.

During the event, we will consider the following questions:

✔️ Readiness of institutions to train future specialists and the challenges they face.

✔️Modern approaches to the organization and passing of the practice at enterprises.

✔️Challenges faced by enterprise employees when working with students.

✔️What share of company managers is motivated to take on the practice of education seekers.

✔️What exactly motivates and demotivates most mentors to work with education seekers.

✔️Possibilities of inclusive education - acquiring a profession for students with disabilities.

✔️What percentage of employers are satisfied with the professional and theoretical training of education seekers and what needs to be changed.

🔹Challenges of modern development: policy and forecasts

Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the development trends in war conditions and the peculiarities of pricing. This is an opportunity for industry leaders to exchange experience, analyze challenges and discuss new prospects for the development of the real estate market in Ukraine.

🔹Extended meeting of the Board of Directors of CBU

Traditionally, the official acceptance of new members of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine will take place within the extended meeting of the Board of Directors of CBU.

👤Representatives of the authorities, relevant ministries and committees of the VRU, People's Deputies of Ukraine, business communities, international organizations and foreign partners are invited to participate in the extended meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBU.
