Refund Policy

At Marketer Media, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services purchased through our website.

1. General Refund Eligibility

1.1. Refunds are generally available for services purchased on Marketer Media under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered or activated as promised.
  • There was a technical issue or error from our side that prevented you from accessing or using the service.
  • The service description was misleading or did not match the actual service provided.

1.2. Refunds are not available for services:

  • That have been fully rendered or accessed by the user.
  • Purchased through promotional or discounted offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • For non-refundable services as specified in the service description.

2. Requesting a Refund

2.1. To request a refund, users must submit a refund request within 14 days from the date of purchase or the delivery of the service, whichever occurs later. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Refund requests should be sent to our customer support team via email at email: mm@uaweb.ua with the following information:

  • Full name and contact details of the user.
  • Order ID or transaction details.
  • Reason for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation or evidence if applicable.

2.3. Marketer Media reserves the right to request additional information or clarification to process the refund request.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the details and provide a response within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3.2. Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear in the user’s account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

3.3. In the event the refund is denied, we will provide an explanation for the decision and, if possible, offer alternative solutions.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Refunds may be denied in cases where:

  • The user has violated the Terms of Service or other policies.
  • The service was used or accessed in a way that renders it non-refundable.
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund claims are suspected.

4.2. For any services marked as non-refundable or involving third-party providers, users will be notified of the non-refundable status prior to completing the purchase.

5. Chargebacks

5.1. We encourage users to first contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting Marketer Media for a resolution may result in the suspension of the user’s account and access to our services.
