Clearly raises $1,35 million to expand its mental health platform to the U.S. and Brazil
Ukrainian mental health platform Clearly (known as Rozmova in Ukraine) has secured $760,000 to scale its operations and AI technologies across international markets. The investment will help grow the team, launch in the U.S. and Brazil, and continue building tools powered by artificial intelligence.
What’s next for the team?
Clearly is focusing on two main areas: developing autonomous AI therapy to improve accessibility to mental health support and expanding into markets with high unmet needs in mental health services.
From Ukraine to the world
Founded by Ukrainian entrepreneurs in early 2022, Clearly already operates in Poland and Spain, with more countries on the way. The platform enables tens of thousands of therapy sessions each month, supported by a network of over 1,000 licensed professionals.

Next stop: the Spanish-speaking community in the U.S.
The company’s near-term focus is launching an AI-supported mental health platform for Spanish-speaking users in the U.S. and Brazil. It’s part of a broader mission to make mental health care more accessible to millions of people globally.
Investing in the future of mental health
To date, Clearly has raised €1.352 million in pre-seed funding. The current round is led by Purple Ventures, with support from Pragmatech Ventures and angel investor Dmytro Orel. $150,000 of this amount comes from non-dilutive grant funding.
«We believe that mental health support should be available to everyone. And technology is how we get there,» says the Clearly team.
