Kasta CEO Andriy Logvin Joins Diia.City United Strategic Board
Andriy Logvin, founder and CEO of Kasta, has joined the Diia.City United Strategic Board. His appointment strengthens the Board with hands-on expertise in B2C products, modern retail, marketplace scaling, and fintech-enabled commerce.

For more than 15 years, Kasta has been building technologies that reshape Ukraine’s online shopping experience. Today, the platform serves millions of users and is scaling Kasta SuperApp — a unified ecosystem that combines a multi-category marketplace with integrated payment and banking solutions.
Kasta also maintains a consistent commitment to supporting Ukraine’s Defense Forces, embedding charitable mechanics into product campaigns and partnerships that turn everyday purchases into sustained assistance.
“The war has made one thing clear: resilience comes from systems and strong linkages. Diia.City United is where the tech industry aligns its positions and influences decisions that shape the market. I’m joining to elevate the B2C and e-commerce agenda and help build modern rules that enable growth,” says Andriy Logvin.
On the Strategic Board, Logvin will work alongside industry leaders, including Vyacheslav Klymov (Nova), Oleg Gorokhovsky (monobank), Oleksandr Konotopskyi (Ajax Systems), Oleksandr Kosovan (MacPaw), Volodymyr Mnogoletniy (Genesis), Sacha Michaud (Glovo), and others.
In his new role, he will focus on e-commerce development and regulation, fintech infrastructure, intellectual property protection, and sharing best practices for customer-centric ecosystem building — with a clear objective of improving the global competitiveness of Ukrainian tech products.
Background
Diia.City United is the largest Ukrainian association of product tech companies, bringing together over 200 businesses. The organisation advances policy advocacy, collective business protection, and the growth of a competitive technology economy.
